Remembering Those We Lost at Pearl Harbor

You're wondering why a new caption isn't being released today. There is a good reason why. Today, we remember the tragic events that took place 72 years ago. December 7, 1941 is a day which forever lives in infamy. This is the day when the Japanese attacked the U.S. military base at Pearl Harbor, Oahu, Hawaii. This attack catapulted the United States into World War II.

We shall never forget those who gave their lives in the service of our country on that fateful day, nor shall we forget those who risked or gave their lives in the service of our country in World War II.
